Kodak's Magazine Kodachrome Celebrates All Things Print

600

Kodak’s stylish print-only magazine, Kodachrome, features stories from around the world that celebrate art, publishing, print and more. The first limited edition of the quarterly publication sold out twice (once in just 48 hours) at $20 a copy, reflecting that the Kodak brand continues to resonate with the creative community. The inaugural issue has articles describing print’s place in contemporary life including a story about the rise of the independent magazine culture and increase in popularity of the music-gig poster. According to Kodachrome’s Editor, Josh Coon, “From the feel of the paper to the cool design, we’ve made this magazine using our own commercial printing technology to remind everyone why print is so special.”

Kodachrome is – like print itself – a hands-on experience, full of rich photographs and illustrations; it’s something you want to hold, keep and read again. After a century, Kodak continues to make it possible for photographers, artists and creators to realize their visions.
